Faultline Reveries: Twenty Experimental Tracks from the Edge of the Signal

Faultline Reveries album cover

Faultline Reveries

Twenty experimental tracks generated as ten deliberate collisions of genre, texture, tempo, and space.

This is an unstable little album: flooded electronics aisles, glass orchards, rusted cathedrals, salt moons, broken ballroom rhythms, cavernous voices, submerged jazz, and lounge machinery. The opening pair, Fears in the Wire, is the closest to the eerie short-film reference: the voice is treated as stretched material, smeared into an ominous landscape rather than used to narrate “slow motion.”
